Terms of Service
In general:1. Prices are subject to change based on demand and I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
2. Currency accepted is USD (through PayPal) or RM (through local bank transfer)
3. Time to finish commission varies from 1 week to 1 month.
4. You will received full-resolution image of size discussed in email.
5. Customer is not allowed to refund once I started working on the commission.

• Prices are subject to change based on demand.
• I have the right to reject any order for any reason.2. Payment
• The currency accepted is USD which can be paid through PayPal or RM which can be paid through local bank transfer.
• Commission can be paid 100% after the final sketch revision or split 50% after the final sketch revision (upfront) and 50% before the final revision of the commissioned piece.
• Do not send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.3. Process and Delivery
• The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week to 1 month depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other works. Everything will be communicated to you.
• Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution image with the size as discussed. Note that there is no physical product for now. You may print it for your own personal use.4. Revisions
• A fee may be added if you want something added to the final drawing when it is shown during the final revision.
• If you wish to change something in the drawing that you have previously approved, I will charge a fee for it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make. It is usually based on an hourly wage.5. Copyright and Usage
I, NURSYAZANA BINTI NON HARJAR a.k.a. KII:
• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
• I retain all the copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
• I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)
• I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
• I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.You (The customer/commissioner):
• You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
• You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)
• You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist’s) consent.
• You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for NFT (Non-Fungible Token) purpose or training AI (Artificial Intelligence) purpose
• You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me (the artist) prior to paying for the artwork.
• You retain the rights to intellectual property (IP)
• You may NOT use the commissioned piece for commercial purposes.
The following is considered copyright infringement.
• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially – means making money from it in any way not excluded from these terms.
• Claiming the artwork as your own.
• Altering the artwork without my (the artist’s) consent.6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• The customer is not allowed to refund once I started working on the commission.
• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive back the upfront payment that you have paid. This is only for the type of commission that required upfront payment.
• If you cancel your order before I start your commission, you will receive back the upfront payment that you have paid. This is only for the type of commission that has an upfront payment.
• If the customer wishes to cancel the commission after the work has started, I will keep the upfront payment that you have paid. This is only for the type of commission that has an upfront payment.PayPal Specific
• If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
• If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all the beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
